Easy tracking for all actions in your code - easy access from any part/anyone within my team or product! Great customer support available if needed (not just email). A bit pricey compared some others we did research into but I think their pricing is fair enough given how much time this saves our development staff as well has increased security across apps that are deployed out regularly by multiple people throughout day-to.- Not really anything specific dislike right now only minor things which can be explained easily upon request;-) If you're working remotely it helps keep track & communicate without having everyone meet up everyday so no more missed meetings because they were running late due too traffic etc.
