I like that you can add new websites to your account as well, so it's very easy if needed! The interface could be better because there isn't much space between some elements which makes them hard sometimes to find when scrolling through pages or adding more data from different sources in one page at once (it usually freezes).

Also, they don´t have any option where we pay per month instead just by using credits/billing cycles; this would make everything easier since most users prefer paying monthly rather than yearly fees but also gives us security knowing how many resources will get used up each time before recharging again without having worries regarding billing cycle expiration dates etc.. This service has helped me improve my internet presence and help clients understand their social media profiles' strengths & weaknesses while giving feedbacks accordingly helping businesses become stronger overall.
