I am a keen salsa dancer and have to change my suede shoes all the time. I am a size 12 and this item is exactly 12 inches long. This worked well for a pair of tennis shoes as everything is one piece making it difficult to separate the suede from the shoe. However, for a typical men's shoe with low cleats, this vamp is too short to make in one piece, so I have to cut it in two: a large tip and smaller cleats. These little pieces come off every time you dance! SALESMAN, could you make tall items for tall men? If necessary, I'll pay double. Many Thanks
