Ease of use and cleaning.
This product really exceeded my expectations. I have naturally curly, thin hair. I don't use heavy lipsticks and oils and I try to wash my hair every day. I can run the flat iron through my hair in minutes to straighten it on a low setting and then use the high setting to add curls. For my hair, I really need hairspray for long-lasting styling, but it's done in minutes. I've only had him for a few weeks so can't confirm his stamina but for now he's great!
