To all those who say that this paint does not dry, THIS IS GEL POLISH. SHOULD BE TREATED WITH LED/UV LAMP. The description clearly states that it is a gel polish. I tested it by painting French nails and drawing pictures and using an LED lamp to cure it. This is a very smooth white gel nail polish. The only drawback is that the delivery took a long time.
