I usually never do reviews but I really felt I needed to due to how much I enjoy this product. I bought this leash and a split connector. I decided to buy this leash because I always felt terrible leaving one dog at home while taking them for walks separately. My husky mix is very well behaved lady on her leash. On the other hand our newest member of our household, GSD, likes to pull and has the strength of 3 of me combined. I mention this because it helps describe the situation later for this review. When I first got it, I made the mistake of instantly putting it on and attaching them. Big mess for me and them, they tangled each other up with me in the middle. Luckily I was hands free. My mistake because I had never walked them together because of the GSDs strength. So once I took only the split and trained them to walk together it was great from there! So the most awesome thing about my situation is when we do go on jogs and my GSD gets distracted on something and decides to go crazy, the bungie allows her to extend while I have time to stop. With that being said, since my husky mix is well trained she will stop and heel next to me. That helps hold our balance against her and she is not able to drag me around like a rag doll. I can not tell how much this product has helped with my GSD. Like others my only issue has been the length. It is really hard for me to go anywhere with a small path, and is crowded. With the split it gives them even more room to expand. I do not think it could be changed however due to having enough room to run. I highly recommend this for anyone who has one dog. If you have two or more, than this product will work very well as long as you spend time training them to heel and walk together.
