Scoop about every 3 days (2 boxes of disgusting piles of shit, 2 intact, 2 light scoops). If the trash gets too decomposed/stinks, I just toss it in a grocery bag in an old trash can. These bags are NOT the size of a standard shopping bag. They're like the medium sized bags you can buy at the dollar store or something like that. I had to use 2 of these for a scoop session. If you have fewer cats or an owl every day, that's probably a good thing. But I have no idea how to throw away the boxes now. Can someone create multiple bags for multiple cat people? it's further down the box. Will update my post if that happens. Definitely checked each bag based on other reviews. The tape holding the roll all together was fairly easy to pull off once a nail got under it and when you separate the packs you have to hold onto the next pack to make sure you pull on the perforation. It's *easy*, but if you weren't careful and just grabbed/ripped the packages, you could probably easily rip the packages. Texture: The pouches are made from vegetables, so if you soak them in water they will eventually turn into gelatin. But they're not jelly-like in your hands or anything. They are softer than a normal shopping bag. I held up one stick and hit the other, but most plastics do the same. The fact that they were so small meant they filled up quickly, which kept them open for the scoop. The handles tie well and I was able to carry two bags (about 7 pounds each) to the bin outside without worrying about them breaking. a bag next to a standard plastic pet store tote bag (black cat tax); pocket perforation; a bag stretched taut over a Tidy Cat tray; a tote bag casually draped over the same tub, with a few inches in reserve if you gain weight; Stress marks from stretching a poop bag across the tub.
