I must say, after many years of commitment to this brand, there was already a surprise after my previous mouse had a dull left key. Judging by the reviews, this turned out to be a defect in that model. and the fact that a reputable manufacturer has been selling one of its most popular models with such a defect for 5 years should already have alerted. but decided to try again. I don’t know what happened to the manufacturer, but the mouse with its cheap plastic already gave the impression of some kind of Chinese fake, and refused to work at all - the cursor twitched across the screen, as if in an epileptic fit, on all computers that were at home, and on different surface sensor reacted differently, but always inadequately. downloading the software from the site did not help. wrote to technical support. A week later, they wrote to me that they would send a new receiver. to the question why I need a new receiver, if I complained about the mouse, they answered that they had a note that I complained about the receiver . in general, well, I managed to return it to the store, despite the torn plastic packaging, they accepted it without objection, as marriage. Logitech never again. yes, they once did good things, but alas
