My boyfriend loves this scrub hat! I love pineapples so I bought them for him. He's often asked if he's a swinger or a "fruity" lol. He does not care. I would say he has a medium sized head and is a bit big for him. If you wear another flush hood underneath it will fit better. Right on the head, although it's a bit big. The quality is good, there are no problems with washing. I would recommend
