Review on Idealist by Kenneth Barnes

I like how easy it is to search for nonprofits in my area by city or state! It's also nice being able to apply online without having to wait around to fill out an application if you're applying through their website vs just emailing them directly. There are not as many options available compared to other job platforms - however there aren't too many options so they still have some variety but may be limiting themselves from growing even more since most of these sites do compete against eachother (and we all know what happens when one site grows larger than another!). They've definitely improved over time though - it used to take forever before companies would post jobs here, now within minutes-hours at max after posting.
