I bought this bag a few months ago and have worn it occasionally since. I immediately checked the seams for quality and found them to be ok. After about a month of wearing, a large hole formed in the stitching on the strap. Finally yesterday the strap came loose on one side of my shoulder and the whole bag fell to the ground. I am disappointed in the quality of this bag and unfortunately my returns window is closed so there is nothing I can do about it. I will no longer buy from this company.
