Helps keep track and organize documents
I like that it's easy for me as well as other users who are not familiar with computers or software in general to use this application.
It has been very helpful when we have had issues using our computer at work because sometimes there isn't anyone around to help us out. The only problem we've encountered so far was once where one of my colleagues accidentally deleted some files from within her email which caused problems later down the road but they were able to recover them all after about 2 hours. This program definitely helps people be more efficient while working remotely.
Pros
- The ability for me to work remotely and be able to access my computer from within the app
Cons
- I dislike the lack of security when downloading documents off of a network but it's not too much of a problem, especially if you're only downloading from trusted sources
