Release after release! To the next.

I bought this monitor with a new computer that I just bought. At first glance it looked great. The screen size was perfect and had a clean view of the image. I noticed that I was only showing 60Hz, which I found odd since the default is 240Hz. When I made the change (this is where the problem starts) my screen went black for about 10 seconds and then showed "No Signal". Then it is ramped up to 60Hz. I ran a few games to see if I was missing something and all games had great FPS and ran smoothly. Although everything went well, I was still concerned about the 60Hz issue. I contacted support (which didn't help) as they didn't know anything about this model and they insisted it was only a 144hz monitor. The best solution he could suggest was to swap the cable (displayport) and try again. I have already done it and waited for this delivery. A new cable appears, I change it and TA DA. It worked. Now I was happy to get back into the game (PubG) and try it out. I noticed something strange when launching the game (next version). I had this sharp line in the center of the screen after launching G-Sync. I have to turn the monitor on and off or refresh the hertz to make it go away. After reading several forums and seeing Acer's response, I realized that I had to send a screen to get an updated firmware, which works in 90% of the cases stated by the representative. I'm good at all of this. It should work right out of the box. Of course I will switch brands.
