They have great customer support. I had no issues at all during my use of their service and I highly recommend using them! I have used other services before that were very good, but they never offered the same level of support. I would definitely recommend them. Their customer support team is amazing! It's so easy to contact them and get your questions answered. I'm sure once you start using their service, you will see why. They are great! I am solving an issue where I was unable to find a way to automatically extract key phrases from images. Using their software helped me solve this problem and it really has increased my productivity.
