The interface is simple enough for new users without any training needed. A powerful tool that allows us to organize our processes in order of importance and prioritize it accordingly. We have been able to automate some process which was previously done manually by many people but we need more features like adding multiple screens or having separate tabs instead just one screen would be great! Also I feel there should be an option where you could add your own formulae if required so not all fields are available out-of-the box. Automating repetitive tasks has saved time both for myself personally and my team members who now spend less time working on tedious manual jobs.
