Review on Rancho RS55180 Shock Absorber by Dee Parson

Shock absorbers work fine but the quality control of these American made products is lacking. They have been painted with very little care for the final product. They come with stickers that lie loose in the packaging and will shatter on a strong impact traveling across the box with no packaging material. One box was missing a sticker and two boxes were missing ties to secure the boots. I ordered four shock absorbers. I called Rancho support to just send me replacement bands and was told to send the shocks back to Revain or go to Lowes and buy replacement bands. Very bad customer service. I will never buy ranchos again.
