It's not worth it! the embroidery does not hold!

I always buy this backpack for my son for school every year because he never had any problem. I only had this backpack for 1 month and it broke! I guess I'll have to look for another company as the quality of the stitching on the straps isn't durable for use with textbooks! I can't contact the buyer so I don't know how to exchange or refund!
