It charges batteries independently and is quite intuitive to use. 1 button toggles between showing the status of 4 different cells, the other button changes the amperage you are charging at. Very simple but effective. It does NOT come with a power bank and I wish it had a regular DC jack in addition to the USB because if you want to charge 4 cells at 1 amp each you seem to need a 4 amp power bank amp, although this is for some reason Reason the case is it is written that the input is only 2 amps on the back. An on/off switch would be nice too, as would rubber feet, but really minor criticisms.
