Decent sound, great looks

This soundbar looks fantastic and sounds good. The sound quality seems to hit or miss depending on the content, source and format. I have unrecoverable audio delay on some inputs that other systems didn't have. Pros: Looks fantastic Very compact Decent sound Cons: Squeaky mids Sound delay Subwoofer randomly turns off No real EQ If you're using a cheap audio system or TV speakers then this is probably the choice for you in the price range. If you're trying to upgrade an outdated high-end soundbar or home theater system, you might be a bit disappointed. I'm keeping this for now but may return if the subwoofer keeps failing. Edit 1: (about 2 weeks later) The subwoofer doesn't turn off and the sound keeps getting louder. At the moment I feel like the worst thing about the soundbar is that the sounds are overhauled in cinema mode so I keep it 90% in music. There is also no lag when using PCM. It was Dolby and DTS that caused the lag, which is still disappointing but may not be the soundbars' fault. Finale: The subwoofer cut out at times. It was rare, but it was there nonetheless. I decided to come back after listening to the competition's soundbar. It's a little more expensive, but fills out the midrange a little and has a smaller frequency gap between the band and the subwoofer. That alone made the listening experience so much better. It also handles the audio much better, simulating surround sound. If you were on a budget of $800 I would buy this. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending a little more for the wider, fuller soundstage that the competition offers.
