I like that it is easy to scan old paperwork for storage purposes in addition of being able t o search through them easily as well when needed! It has been very useful so far since we started using this software however there are some things which could be improved upon such an ease-of use but not too much because then you won't have any issues with your system or anything at all really!! Definitely worth trying out if looking forward towards scanning papers digitally rather than physically doing these tasks yourself otherwise just do what they say best practice would suggest i guess? Being more efficient within our work processes by having accessable information online without needing physical copies anymore saves us time & money also helps keep track over how many times each document was used etc.
