This used to be a trusted name. Not since Helen of Troy bought it. This thermometer is not accurate. It's all over with spread (up to 3 degrees, not 0.3 a full three degrees). The phone number on the box doesn't work, neither does the phone number on the product itself. The email on the box came back as undeliverable. I could go on but I think you get the message. This Chinese made product is a waste of money. Find a reputable product from the best company.
