I am a workshop mechanic. This is a reliable professional car tool that is in no way inferior to a tool trolley. If you use it properly, it should last a lifetime. I spent extra money on this item after seeing mixed reviews for cheaper similar products. I don't know if these others aren't as strong or thick or if people used it wrong, but I had no problems the first time I used it. The fan thread has a left-hand thread, so it has to be turned back to unscrew it. This can be the first mistake people make. Every machine I've ever removed a fan from has had a reverse thread. Also the tool holder is somewhat universal for different vehicles. No need to put screw heads in 2 holes to hold them. In my car I got 1 screw head in a hole and then pushed against the other screw head when I removed and reinstalled the fan. It's very easy to work with if you know what you're doing. The carry case and rubber grip are also very nice! Nice emails from seller asking if it worked for me! Quick response to the email I sent to the seller.
