Very soft and big but smells like chemicals.

This is a very large and soft scarf but it smelled strongly of chemicals so I had to hand wash it. I'm still not sure if it's 100% real cashmere as the tag that says 'Cashmere' (no percentage, just the word 'cashmere') was stuck on and peeled off easily and even after washing the chemical smell was gone, the scarf doesn't smell like pet hair - if you've had other wool or cashmere items you'll see what I mean; there's that "fuzzy" smell that natural animal fibers have, and this scarf doesn't have it. However, for the price it's a pretty good deal even if it's not 100% real cashmere. FULL UPDATE DISCLOSURE: The seller has contacted me to offer a full refund if I delete my feedback. The lack of ethics in this request is striking. They can guarantee satisfaction but they don't have the right to require their customers to remove their reviews even if they are unsatisfied and ask for a refund (which I didn't do, they contacted me).
