Bought for my down winter coat. I followed the instructions exactly and my coat looks brand new! The bottle is small so if you have multiple things to wash it probably isn't the best option, but if you're like me and only need to wash one thing you'll definitely get a few uses from it. I made sure to give it an extra rinse during the wash to get all the soap out, put it in the den with new tennis balls (wrapped in socks because I was worried about dye transfer) and a dry towel to get it wet dryer. too much moisture. Let it simmer for a couple of hours until completely dry (I turned it inside out at one point while it was drying). It turned out great and perfect!
