After so many years of bad hand position it takes some time to get used to. I like that it's adjustable. It makes me slow down the ball. I'm a tall guy, 6ft 5in tall. I throw at 19 or 20 mph without even trying. This grip forced me to throw in the 14-15 range and give the weight stack in my ball a chance. Work. I use this with the intention of creating new muscle memory with my wrist and hand. As with anything new, it takes time to form a habit. Don't expect an immediate change. It was a good purchase and I'm happy with the results.
