This is my second one. I bought it to clean grout (add baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and the dirt comes out right away, then wash off with warm water and a few drops of liquid pigeon soap). I don't have to rub very hard as these ingredients work wonders if you have a good brush. I have to remove a lot of grout as many families have moved and my grout looks absolutely awful! Dirty joints - a no-go for me! I'm still using my first brush, but wanted to make sure I had a backup. I've attached a stick to a regular but strong mop or broomstick and taken it in the middle so the rod doesn't break, but I've also used it without the rod (if your knees can take it!) and it works really well on a standard size grout line. Definitely recommended and would buy again.
