They fit me best with headphones

I got them because of the ear hook, the ones I've had before without the ear hook tend to fall out of the ear. I've used them twice while running and they stay in place. I hear clearly, I will listen to audio books, I haven't tried music yet. Telephone calls are clear, there was no echo or other problems that I have noticed in this area so far.
