My physical therapist uses the same band. They recommended I buy some myself. I'm allergic to some glues. I can't wear a regular bandage or I get a rash where it touches the skin. The protective roller perfectly protects my skin from the hard glue on the Leukotape. The masking tape is a white tape that stretches a little. There isn't a ton, but there is something. The adhesive is strong enough to last 5 days without tearing. I've actually also used it to cut into smaller pieces and put under my regular patches so I don't get a rash from using them. Works perfectly! Leukotape is flesh colored and works very well. You can pull it pretty tight without distorting it. It has no stretch but I don't think you need stretch. The glue on it is very strong. If you try to stretch the tape a little past the white cover it will hurt to remove and leave a lot of adhesive (looks black and rough). So I recommend trying to trim off the excess so it doesn't go beyond the entire coating. Being allergic to glue, it also irritates my skin and rips off some of the top layer of skin when I peel it off. So be careful. Both work great together. They help keep my kneecap in place. You can easily wear this for 5 days. In general I am very happy. I would like to point out that I have used CT tape before. It's not the same. The CT tape is flexible. It cannot be pulled and stretched in the same way. Just so you know the main difference between them.
