Fairly cheaply made
Phone cheaply made. There's no RJ11 port on the back, instead a cable protrudes from the phone. The word 'emergency' isn't printed on the phone, it's stuck on stickers, some of which were misaligned and still moving across the surface. For the price I might recommend a different phone.
