Updated 6/24/2020, replacement headphones received. The replacement headphones are working well so far. They are very comfortable to wear and the sound and mic are clear. I originally ordered it in March and received it in April and the mic did not work at all. After several emails with Bengoo customer service, I received replacement headphones in June. If the first microphones I received had worked, I would have rated them 5 stars. The first headphones were shipped in just the product box so perhaps they were damaged in shipping. The replacement headphones were shipped in a packing box with air pillows to protect them and they arrived in good shape. Although the entire process took several weeks, Bengoo stood behind their product and shipped the replacement headphones without making me go through the hassle of sending in the defective ones.
