We love the design of this toaster. The only thing that worries us is that on the 30th day the toaster stopped working. We put the toast and push the lever down and it doesn't hold. I've added a video showing the problem. I cleaned the toaster because I thought it had too much breadcrumbs, but after cleaning it's still the same. I also replaced the toaster with a different plug in case the outlet broke but still didn't work. I see a light burning, but it doesn't go out. It's a shame because we really liked the design. It's nice but doesn't work well.
