So I love the hair mask, I do it every time I wash my hair so about every 4 days. I do that in the shower after showering. Once or twice a month I apply a mask before showering and sit under a hair dryer for 20 minutes to intensively care for the skin. This hair mask really shines when you add heat to it. In the shower I don't feel like I can leave it in the shower long enough to really induce the deep conditioning I like. It's still way better than just a conditioner as it really helps condition and strengthen the hair. Now when I use it under the blow dryer I feel like I'm really taking it up a notch. I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and my hair feels fantastic, I can tell it gets stronger after each deep conditioner. If you have dry hair or hair that you use a lot of heat and products on, this is for you.
