Love LOVE this product. Just like my almost 2 year old! For several days he put the bears of the desired color in cups of the corresponding color! Mountain Toys also contacted me to see if there were any shipping issues. I told them one of the bears was missing ears, but other than that it was in great shape! They offered to replace and refund the money! I found it totally unnecessary as the teddy bear is still being played with! We have chosen not to purchase a replacement kit, we are so happy with the product. The carry bag makes it so convenient to store and carry. I definitely recommend storing it after each use, otherwise there will be little bears lying around and you won't be able to find them. My son would be very disappointed if he lost this toy. The price is impressive for what you get. Cups are strong, durable, like bears. Also, they seem to last a long time and are made of fairly high-quality plastic. (I'm no expert, but it seems so.)
