Could they have come up with a more backwards way to design this thing? Holy *** **** it's so insanely hard to complete the simplest of tasks. I've been using multi-brand network printers at home for decades and never thought it would take so much ****** effort to set up this thing. And who the hell goes in the printer to set it up with a user number and a four-digit PIN?! I know I'm a home user and I don't need these absurd complexities. As an office worker (I'm an electrical and computer engineer) I would just walk past this thing and find another printer in the office to use because I have way less time to complete a simple task at work than I do at home . Every time I print, the printer beeps, prompting me to select the printer's only available paper tray before printing. I have selected "Auto" and "Tray 1" in the printer configuration in the print dialog and have to select it on the printer every time. The printer does not print every morning. The only way to get it to print is to uninstall and reinstall it from the OS. I have confirmed that the IP address does not change overnight. There is absolutely no excuse for how awful this thing is. It's similar to what Ruby Goldberg designed and Asher implemented. UPDATEOMG I really hate this printer. This is beyond stupid. Every time I print I have to go to the printer and select the only tray available on the touchscreen before it starts printing. Since the print isn't secure, I really want to use the only paper available. This thing is complete bullshit. And every time I do something with it, it should print out the transaction log. This thing is so wasteful, time consuming and stupid that I'm going to throw it away and buy a printer from a company that actually knows how to make a printer like this. I do not know. prints?
