When one half is perfect, it's hard to get the other half.
As mentioned, Halloween banner is NOT included. Also, it was quite difficult for me and our team to build these packages. Not an easy retreat style. They are a stack of folded tissue paper held together with a tied ribbon. You have to work on it layer by layer, carefully unrolling and fluffing each layer. When one half is perfect, it's hard to do the other half without ruining the first half. Although the delivery was fast and on time! Wouldn't personally recommend it to a friend, but hey, if you're the smart type and have some free time, go for it!
