These paper pom poms are beautiful, I used them for the baby shower.

I used these beautiful paper pom poms for my friend's baby shower and they looked great as decorations. They were so easy to assemble and easy to hang. The different sizes worked great to balance the adjustment. They really help make decorating an easy task. I will be using them at September birthday parties for my girls. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

When one half is perfect, it's hard to get the other half.

As mentioned, Halloween banner is NOT included. Also, it was quite difficult for me and our team to build these packages. Not an easy retreat style. They are a stack of folded tissue paper held together with a tied ribbon. You have to work on it layer by layer, carefully unrolling and fluffing each layer. When one half is perfect, it's hard to do the other half without ruining the first half. Although the delivery was fast and on time! Wouldn't personally recommend it to a friend, but hey, if…
