This item is said to be made out of 1.5" diameter tubing, so I planned to elevate the light by attaching this mounting arm to the top of a 10 foot 1.5" diameter EMT cable using regular wire conduit. Still, this is the best, what i can find what i want to do so i think i will find a way to make it work update: it gets worse! i decided to just screw the arm to the wall of the barn i found however that the assembled arm configuration is different from that in the picture.You can see in the photo that the angle of the assembled item is a little over 90 degrees, so the light tilts up a little and shines a little into the yard.i noticed this in the picture when considering buying and I liked that aspect.However the hand I received has an angle of less than 90 degrees so the light shines a bit back towards the barn.All things considered i don't have I didn't find the right thing in the item description or the picture!
