I've always loved Prismacolor colored pencils, but these erasers really changed everything. They aren't as soft as regular Prismacolor pencils, making it much easier to take notes and sketch. As mentioned above, if you follow the same line or press hard on the surface, they leave a clear mark. Mark them if you try to delete them. They don't seem to overlap too well, if that's important to you. Don't be careful where you put your hand, your work will get dirty! The lead is harder than normal colored pencils, but softer than, for example, an HB pencil. Your hands will get stained if you're not careful. Pros (which I haven't mentioned yet): - Handy for taking notes, sketching, coloring, modeling, etc. I like to take them with me everywhere as I don't use colored ink pens. Will not destroy conventional pencil sharpeners. This information was so important to me. IT'S SO CHEAP ON AMAZON. I wish I had bought my first set here sooner, but I bought each color individually at my local art store for over $1 each. Will definitely be returning to Revain to redeem when they run out.
