Finally! A simple cotton terry tea towel that looks good and works well. My favorite green is hard to find! It's the right thickness/padding; and practical, medium weight; be able to dry hands and dishes and wipe up puddles on the counter. I can leave food, eggs, hot pans and just enough thickness/loft to keep things in place and also allow moisture to evaporate. It has an attractive top/bottom woven pattern that contributes to faster drying of the towel itself; both near the sink and in the laundry room. I washed them once on a warm/long cycle and tumble dried on high heat. They kept their shape, did not shrink and did not spread at the edges. They're not flimsy like what I call tea towels or bar towels (which I like to use for other purposes) but usually get wet too quickly for normal use. They aren't bulky like fluffy, thick, velvety towels (which I LOVE to have near the sink in the BATHROOM). Some of them easily fit in a box. If they do well, 2 more washes; I stock up! In the photo they are folded differently (rotated, tripled and quadrupled). Fits in a single layer in my drawer and slides forward easily when you put in a new load of washed towels.
