I like how easy it is to use and the fact that you can print tickets from almost anywhere. You can also create your own ticket templates which is great if you need to do something specific for an event. The software is very outdated so it's difficult to find anything. There are better options out there with more features. If you're looking for a simple way to make tickets, this is a good option. We have used it for various events including concerts, festivals, conventions and sporting events. It has been very helpful in keeping track of our attendance and making sure everyone gets their tickets.
