I have been practicing for over 30 years in corporate law; this was my first experience working with WSRGRC. They are very knowledgeable about their field of practice and were able to help me navigate through all aspects of a complex merger process. Their ability to work efficiently and effectively within our firm's structure as well as outside counsel structure has allowed us to move forward quickly while maintaining high levels of quality. There really wasn't anything that stood out as being bad or difficult during the transition. We had several lawyers from different firms join together at one time and they handled it seamlessly.
