It's a snug fit which is a positive and there's enough room to wear sweatpants underneath. I'm 5'11 and 176 lbs and this really is the perfect fit. Very impressed with the quality and expect them to work well under a ski jacket and a pair of solicitors under a ski jacket. Great deal for the price and I'm not sure I'd happily spend $100-$200 more. The length is perfect. Very satisfied. I wanted a pair of bibs so the pants wouldn't fall down like most regular ski pants you buy.
