It turned out that there was a problem with the soundbar; it does not connect via Bluetooth, and neither mobile phones nor tablets can detect the gadget. There is simply not enough time to bring it to the store's customer service department. The use of optics is the most efficient of the various connecting methods that are still available. The volume is not able to be modified with this connection; I adjust it through the TV box, using the remote control for the TV.
