Just put this on my truck today. This is a 2010 F150 - the paint has been maintained but is original. Place the scraps on the roof and hood of a 2015 Toyota Venza. Regarding the shine formula and effort, if you start with a good finish (no water stains, oxidation etc) then this stuff is very easy to apply - wipe clean (use the sponge provided - using a microfiber cloth means you ' Most of the time the product is simply absorbed by the towel) - wipe off (once it starts to smear, take a new towel - you'll use several) for a very comfortable shine. Not even real polish. I ordered more to finish Toyota.
