The best thing about this chatbot is its ability to understand your customer's needs, it can also respond accordingly with relevant data from other sources such as Google Sheets or Excel files etc., It has all of us covered in terms of solving problems that we face every day at work! I wish there was more customization options for our customers because sometimes they want something different than what you are offering them but since everything works perfectly fine so far i have no complaints yet! We're using BLUEAPCHATBOT mainly within my organization (mostly internal communication) which helps me keep track if someone sent an email/message out without consulting anyone else first before sending off their own messages via WhatsApp / Skype calls ect..
