It was rubbish the first time I used it (1) the blackhead remover left marks on my face (2) the paper is thin and tears when it is applied wet. After further research, however, I found that the instructions are poor. My recommendation is to apply the liquid generously to the paper, not the face, then apply the paper gently. Wait 5-10 minutes and then tear off the paper. Apply step 2.
