This tool simplifies the installation of hydraulic hoses. After spending 25 minutes with a hammer, dumb yellow plastic hose clamps held by a yoke, trying to hit a brass fitting, I figured there had to be an easier way. A quick search came across this device. It came in 2 days. It is milled (slightly rough) from a piece of aluminum. The anodized finish is a nice touch, if a bit unnecessary. What matters is how well it works. The clamp keeps everything in place and the push mechanism is smooth and light. The whole installation process took 2 minutes without swearing, adjusting the clamps and damaging the brass hardware. The finished finish is very professional and there were no leaks during installation. Highly recommended workshop tool.
