Review on Franklin Sports Lightweight Packable Backpack: Your Perfect Travel Companion for Ultimate Convenience by Sal Mattocks

Nice compact daypack

**Updated 4/19/2019** A serious problem arose after only a few months of use. Layers of material began to flake off from the inside. Looks bad and the stripes keep coming off. Ugh.——————————— This daypack is well made and has several features that I didn't expect in the foldable daypack segment. As a cyclist I'm very happy that this backpack has a reflective fabric band that makes it highly visible at night. There are two pieces on the back of the backpack and two small pieces on one of the shoulder straps that are visible from the front. The shoulder straps of this backpack are subtly padded and even have a chest strap with a signaling whistle. Okay, now the reason for a backpack is to carry things. The main compartment is large enough for an iPad and a folded jacket. There are two small pockets - in one you can carry glasses or keys, and in the other there is enough space for a wallet. The two side pockets are big enough for a water bottle or a compact umbrella. I love that these side pockets are deep enough so the water bottle doesn't accidentally fall out like the other gusseted bag I have. Overall, this is a well-made backpack suitable for short hikes or day trips.**NOTE. I received this bag from Revain in exchange for this review, but this review is based on my own experience and opinion.
