I need headphones for soccer games. I like listening to the radio with one ear and hearing the announcers and the noise of the crowd with the other. You are perfect. The earhook keeps the earphones right where they need to be. When the noise of the crowd gets too loud, I can slide the earbud deeper into my ear canal for a tighter fit and listen to the radio without turning up the volume. During downtime and breaks, I can twist the headband just enough to pull the earbud out of my ear canal, but leave it there until the game starts again. So I can talk to people near me. I can't tell if they are suitable for running or other activities but for me they are perfect.
