I was looking for several LED lights to use in different parts of the house. I already have several SYLVANIA General Lighting 75584 Sylvania Smart+ ZigBee lights, I was satisfied with the quality and price and decided to try these LED strips. I was very happy with the brightness, colors and ease of use and installation. Compared to buying your own controller and separate lights, this was much easier: just plug it in and connect it to a ZigBee hub. Other things to note are as follows: 1. They are mainly designed for outdoor use and come with clips and screws for fixing instead of traditional glue.2. Reviews of the nasty oil coating on the outside are accurate, likely due to the durable plastic that surrounds them, making them true road bands. I used window cleaner and a microfiber cloth as best I could. They are high performance compared to traditional LED strip lights4. They cannot be shortened or lengthened. Overall I would recommend them if the distances suit you and you don't mind clamps or need them outdoors. Not a paid review but wish I was lol.
